We provide specialized training to all employees during their initial onboarding. We provide ongoing education to our employees as well. Employee’s wear our Everyone Welcomed logo on their name tags so that it stays on the forefront of our minds.
In the past, LGBTQ+ seniors and older people of color sometimes felt it was a struggle to find acceptance in senior living communities. Arroyo Gardens is changing that! We are a proud member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as well as the Tucson LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
